Gross-ology: The Science of Bodily Functions!

Gross-ology: The Science of Bodily Functions!

October 13th, 2018 | Children's Museum of Eau Claire | Location: Eau Claire, Wisconsin

Are your kids fascinated by snot, farts and other impolite bodily functions? Join us for a morning devoted to gross science as we dive into the ickiest parts of the human body and learn why they’re actually important for keeping us healthy. Thanks to our friends at Mayo Clinic Health System, our activities include:

Blood biology
Pig lungs
Glow-in-the-dark germ demonstration (hand-washing demo)
The great egg drop (benefits of wearing a helmet)
Digestion junction
And more!

The event is free with Museum membership or admission, and is offered in tandem with the Wisconsin Science Festival.
