This all-day, FREE event at the Children’s Museum of Eau Claire, is designed to provide families with opportunities for connection and enrichment in a relaxed, fun atmosphere. Throughout the day, families can: 💙 PLAY together at the museum — CMEC admission + parking in the adjacent ramp = both FREE! 💙 MEET other families in a similar stage of life 💙 INTERACT with vendors / practitioners 💙 LISTEN to professional speakers on relevant topics 💙 PARTICIPATE in car seat safety checks with certified techs 💙 WIN exciting giveaways! As in everything we do, Mama Bear values meeting parents where they are and empowering them to tap into their instincts as they grow in confidence as parents. At the Expo, local practitioners who support and equip parents to care for themselves and their children will be on hand as SPONSORS, SPEAKERS and VENDORS, with giveaways for those who attend. Get ready for the big first day with Countdown to Kindergarten, a fun and engaging event designed to help children entering Kindergarten this fall feel confident and excited! Families will experience: 🚌 Real school bus rides! 🥪 A sample lunch line experience! 🧑‍🎨 Circle time and an art class just like in the classroom! 👗 A back-to-school fashion show and shop featuring Planette Kids and That's Adorable! 🤝 Community resources to support your child’s transition to school. This event is FREE and open to all families with children starting Kindergarten this fall. Come explore, learn, and celebrate this exciting milestone together!
